THE REVENGE OF OPTIC GAMING

      Coming into the ESWC event in Paris, it was obvious that OpTic Gaming was the clear cut team who wanted it more than anyone else. In our previous post the main storyline was "The revenge of OpTic Gaming" and the Green Wall came in strong and proved to everyone why they were still the most dominant team in all of Call Of Duty.

      OpTic managed to make their way all the way through the winners bracket without dropping  single map. An unheard of achievement that hasn't happened in a very long time and most likely won't happen again in the near future. OpTic stormed their way through the competition and defeated FaZe Clan in the grand finals and delivered a 3-0 sweep to take home the gold.

       This will be OpTic Gaming's 3rd ESWC championship in a row proving time and time again why they are the best of the best when it comes to performing at the highest level. This will be Ian "Crimsix" Porter's 5th ESWC championship he now has more gold from Paris than any other competitor. This 5th title will help add on to his many historic championship finishes and help make his legacy that much more prestigious. 


      This win from the boys in green should only motivate them to win the next event in Dallas. MLG Dallas will be held at the Fort Worth Convention Center March 17-19th and will feature teams from all around the globe. The momentum from Paris will carry over for OpTic and they will seek yet another 1st place finish in the lone star state.
